Enrollment FAQ

Does my child meet the age requirement?
PA Virtual enrolls school-age students, as defined by the PA Department of Education. This includes students from the age of 5 through 21. To enroll in kindergarten, children must meet the age requirements of their resident school district.
Does my family meet the residency requirement?
Parents/Guardians must be residents of Pennsylvania to enroll students at PA Virtual.
Does my family meet the Learning Coach requirements?
PA Virtual requires that a parent/guardian/adult remain at home with the student while the student is attending school in order to provide academic support. The parent/guardian is required to secure and maintain reliable, high-speed internet service (for which PA Virtual provides a stipend).
