The form below is your first step in the process! After completing the form, you will receive an email (remember to check your spam folder) with a link to schedule an introductory call with your Enrollment Specialist. You select a day and time that is convenient, and at that scheduled time, your Enrollment Specialist will call you to walk you through our model of education, gather a little more information, and answer your questions. We’ll finish the call by talking you through the next steps of the enrollment process.
After your introductory phone call, you’ll receive a personalized email that explains the next steps and gives you the tools you need to complete them. You will receive a link to the online registration form, which should take 10-15 minutes to complete, and a list of documents to submit with the fax or email address for submitting them. Finally, we will provide you with the enrollment forms required by the PA Department of Education, which you complete online and submit electronically.
This is the final step to discuss details and finalize your child’s enrollment. We will call you to review school level requirements, discuss your role as a parent, and confirm your PA Virtual start date. We’ll answer any final questions you have and help you prepare for your next important step: Orientation.
Your school year begins with an online orientation program led by experienced PA Virtual teachers. Through daily live sessions, both parents and students begin to utilize their school-issued laptop and software, meet their Principals and Support Staff, and learn more about the academic programs. Support from Orientation Teachers continues throughout the remainder of the school year.
No. PA Virtual is a public school, which means we are funded by Pennsylvania Taxpayer dollars. We provide families with everything they need: a school-issued laptop, printer/scanner, headset, and curriculum. We even provide a monthly internet stipend of $35/month to help families with their internet costs.
Students must stay enrolled and attending at their current school while completing the enrollment process. At your Enrollment Conference, you will be given a start date with PA Virtual and a withdrawal date from your current school.
